Supporting service professionals in healthcare, education, the non-profit sector, and faith-based organizations has long been a passion of Adrienne's. She has worked in operations in all of these fields and has witnessed first-hand the frustrating and devastating consequences of a lack of practical and value-based organizational communication and technology tools, policies, and procedures. This commonly results in the forced choice of completing time-consuming, manual tasks to accomplish goals and meet requirements, disorganized or missing data, miscommunication between stakeholders, and staff burnout.
From herexperience working in a variety of operation and technology management roles, and from her public health training, Adrienne is equipped to provide effective ways to support organizations by updating policies, procedures, and technology that are value-based and equitable.
